CHSI was established in Nevada in 1996 by CEO Jim Leftwich. The vision was to create alternative risk financing solutions not generally available to businesses in Workers’ Compensation, capitalize on tools developed and lessons learned over the years for risk management, and to give small and medium-sized employers a competitive edge not otherwise available to them. With over 1200 clients today, CHSI is making that vision a reality. Last year CHSI managed over $60 million in assets and gave back over $9 million in dividends.
