Guarantee Insurance Company (GIC) is a monoline workers’ compensation carrier licensed in several states. GIC was founded in 1965 but was inactive from the mid-1980s until September 2003. GIC has offices in St. Louis, MO; Fort Mill, SC; Lake Mary, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Sarasota, FL.

We Find Solutions! Finding solutions is the key to GIC’s underwriting philosophy. We offer creative risk management solutions, which may include risk-sharing arrangements, captives or deductibles. In many cases, GIC meets with clients and their agents on-site to develop the most effective solution to their workers’ comp needs. Our goal is to develop a long-term relationship with our policyholder and agent, and to ultimately lower the insured’s experience mod through aggressive claims handling and loss control.
