Vista Underwriting Partners, LLC was formed in July 2007 by Nick Milligan and Dean O’Toole, two long-time stop loss executives. Vista has assembled a team with many years of successful medical stop loss experience, led by two nationally recognized stop loss experts in Mary Ann Bush as the VP of Underwriting and Karl Pomeroy as the VP of Sales, while our administrative services department is lead by Jacquie Milligan, who has over ten years experience in a client service role.
